Bath has always been my home, and I have been successfully selling property in and around the city for 21 years.

I pride myself on how I look after my clients on their journey from valuation through to completion. Selling a home takes more care than just uploading a property to the portals and hoping for the best.

After that, I’ll prepare the details and photos and add your property on Rightmove & Zoopla as well as tap into my mailing list of buyers to help you to secure a buyer at the best price possible. I’ll help you with booking viewings, negotiating offers to maximise your price and, as you’d expect from a personal estate agent, we will help with seeing the sale all the way through, to the day you hand over the keys.

We sell all types of property, and because I’m powered by eXp UK, I don’t have to worry about the technology or property portals, allowing me to concentrate on what I do best, which is to sell houses.

Woohoo! We can finally cosy up and crack out the Pumpkin Spice Lattes. Here is a quick recipe:

INGREDIENTS

Whole milk

Strongly brewed coffee

Pumpkin puree

Real vanilla extract

Sugar

Ground cinnamon

Cinnamon sticks

INSTRUCTIONS:

Combine the milk and coffee in a pot.

Whip together the pumpkin, vanilla, sugar and cinnamon.

Pour mixture into the pot

Stir everything together and then toss in 3-4 cinnamon sticks

Cover the pot, and cook on high for 2 hours

Enjoy your cuppa
