Well where to start. From day 1 Rosie was fantastic. House was put in the market with multiple viewings and sold easily. The fun then started as the chain fell apart multiple times and multiple times Rosie went above and beyond trying to fix the chain. Rosie was always keeping us informed and kept pushing where others were not. If it was not for Rosie being on the ball we would have never completed. Well recommend.

We used Rosie for our recent house sale, and I cannot recommend her more highly. From the first viewing to the point of completing the sale, her communication was phenomenal throughout, and her experience and advice was very useful when we faced difficulties with our on-going purchase. She offers a personal service compared to other local agencies and achieved a price we were very happy with for our sale. We will definitely use Rosie if we ever move again in the future!

Rosie magicked me a house in an incredibly difficult market. When nothing was coming up I called around, and Rosie called back within 24 hours with a house that matched my spec perfectly. She worked closely with the sellers to agree a completion date we were all happy with. Nothing was too much trouble and the sale went through without a hitch.

Rosie sold our house for us and really does go above and beyond her job description as an estate agent. From the beginning Rosie was extremley helpful, even re-taking some pictures for us. She communicated well around viewings, providing feedback from each to us in a timely manner. She is proactive when it comes to completing the sale , chasing up solicitors frequently and ensured that we were kept up to date throughout. There probably isn’t a problem she hasn’t come across in the past, and can be relied on to give sound advice in a calm manner. She even met our buyer elsewhere on completion day to give them the keys, when it seems nowadays most mainstream agents expect you to go out of your way to get them.

Rosie is by far the best estate agent in Bath. She wasn’t even our acting agent, we bought one of her listings. Throughout the whole process she showed herself to be proactive for the seller and very knowledgeable about the sales process (which isn’t common with agents!). Without a doubt we’ll be using Rosie for any future purchases and sales.
